The Tomtami website (“tomtami”, “we”, “our” or “us”) accepts returns. You can also cancel a product with us before you receive it. You can do return if it has been less than 60 days since you received it. Always check the product carefully upon receipt and before use. In case of any concerns on received goods, please contact us by any convenient way. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of this page. If the product is no longer serviceable due to mishandling or physical damage, we have the right to decline a return.

How to apply for a refund

Before you decide to make a return, it is your responsibility to notify our customer service via phone or e-mail that you want to return an item or cancel your purchase . If you don’t do that, you will make it difficult for us to process the refund, and eventually the process will take longer.

Who covers the return fee

To cover the cost of returning an item is entirely our responsibility. On the buyer’s part, you must take care of secure packing and sending the goods you’d like to return back to us. We will provide you with all the details for the shipment once you contact us. Please keep in mind that we can only complete the return procedure once we have received all the goods. Once we receive the item, a refund will be initiated within 5 – 10 business days. We accept returns by mail. The return address will be issued by the consultant.
